Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facility Management
- Coordinate with cleaning services to ensure the space is well-maintained and organized.
- Keep the space tidy and welcoming during the work week.
- Ensure coffee, snacks, and other essentials are stocked and ordered as needed.
Membership Coordination
- Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and handling requests or questions from members.
- Foster relationships with members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Promote and sell memberships by effectively communicating the value of Social House offerings.
Event Planning & Execution
- Host branded Social House events such as networking mixers, cocktail hours, and member gatherings to drive awareness and engagement.
- Respond to event inquiries, facilitate bookings, and manage contracts.
- Plan and execute events for members and clients, ensuring high satisfaction and attention to detail.
- Serve as the on-site contact during events to address needs or issues.
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and post engaging content on social media platforms, including photos, videos, and stories, to grow our audience and promote events.
- Write newsletters and other communications to keep members informed and engaged.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and inquiries.
Customer Service & Relationship Building
- Be the face of Social House, greeting guests and members with an upbeat and friendly attitude.
- Build strong relationships with members, clients, and the local community to enhance loyalty and engagement.
- Represent Social House with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Location: Must live in Greenville, SC, and have the flexibility to adapt to a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in event planning, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation (photo/video).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with newsletter tools and marketing strategies.
- Personal Attributes:
- Outgoing, social butterfly with a creative mindset.
- Energetic and eager to host events, connect with people, and foster community.
- Proactive, willing to jump in and assist wherever needed.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience.
- Opportunities for additional incentives based on membership growth and event success.
